Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of SentinelSense, a scam protection service operated by Sage Advisors, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) at mysentinelai.com. By subscribing to or using SentinelSense, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

SentinelSense provides three core features: (1) a Weekly Digest email with scam alerts and safety information, (2) a “Trust This?” email analysis service that evaluates suspicious emails forwarded by subscribers, and (3) an optional Family Notification Layer that sends weekly summaries to a designated family contact.

Subscription & Billing

SentinelSense is available as a monthly subscription ($12/month) or annual subscription ($99/year). Both plans include all features. Payment is processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

Trial Subscriptions: If you received SentinelSense through a Sage Curriculum purchase (Complete or Gift tier), your trial period is specified in your purchase confirmation. At the end of your trial, you may subscribe at the standard rate or let your access expire. We will notify you by email before your trial ends.

Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use SentinelSense for personal scam protection purposes only
• Not submit more than 5 emails per day to the “Trust This?” service
• Not share your SentinelSense subscription with others
• Not use the service for commercial email screening or resale
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the analysis system

Nature of the Service

SentinelSense is an informational and educational service. Our email analysis provides AI-generated assessments based on known scam patterns and email characteristics. These assessments are informational — they are not legal advice, financial advice, or a guarantee of email authenticity.

While we strive for accuracy, no automated system can catch every scam or guarantee that every legitimate email is correctly identified. You should always exercise your own judgment and consult appropriate professionals when making important decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sage Advisors, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of SentinelSense, including but not limited to losses resulting from reliance on email analysis verdicts.

Our total liability for any claims related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for SentinelSense in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Family Notification Layer

If you opt into the Family Notification Layer, you represent that you have the consent of the person whose email address you provide. Family contacts can opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in their notification emails.

Privacy

Your use of SentinelSense is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Intellectual Property

The content of the Weekly Digest, website copy, analysis methodologies, and all SentinelSense branding are the intellectual property of Sage Advisors, LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
